Power Manufactured
The Earth is hot.We turn it into power.
The Earth's subsurface holds an immense, continuous energy resource. GeoGen is developing a manufactured geothermal system that turns it into clean, firm power designed for rapid deployment.
- Firm power
- No ongoing fuel supply
- Sealed well
- Small surface footprint
The Vision
Firm power without fuel
Solar and wind generate when conditions allow. Batteries store energy. A fuel-free power system still needs firm power that runs continuously and responds when demand requires.
GeoGen manufactures geothermal power, empowering energy developers with a predictable firm power product.
The Opportunity
Geothermal is abundant. The way we build it must change.
Today, every geothermal project is engineered as a one-off in response to the geology. That makes power slow to develop, projects difficult to predict and expensive to finance. The GeoGen Box™ changes the model: a repeatable power product designed to be mass-manufactured. We bring the geothermal energy factory to your project.
Less capital at risk. Faster first power. Lower operating power costs in perpetuity.

Hydraulic Geothermal System
We use gravity to generate power downhole, near the heat.
Most geothermal systems search for the perfect reservoir and then fight gravity to bring heat to surface. GeoGen uses gravity in a sealed well with a downhole turbine. The result is a renewable energy system that produces power whenever you need it, offering operating power cost superiority over any other firm power option available today.
Dense fluid descends.
Cold working fluid moves down the inner tube of the sealed well.
Gravity builds pressure.
A downhole turbine turns part of that pressure into electricity.
Underground heat brings it back.
The fluid absorbs heat, becomes lighter, and rises under thermosiphon circulation.
Additional energy at surface.
Surface equipment can recover further energy before the cycle continues.
- Patented HGS
- Standard drilling
- No produced formation fluid
- Designed for thermosiphon circulation
Designed for sustained thermosiphon circulation without continuous external pumping. The system is also designed to reduce upfront subsurface risk and create clearer investment decisions. Where a site also needs heat, useful thermal energy remains available at surface.
The Product Path
From one well to a standard power product.
Build beside the load.
Start with one site.
Build to 25 MW.
Repeat.
Pilot 1
Single-well field validation
Prove and calibrate the core process under real conditions: downhole generation and thermosiphon behaviour in one sealed well.
Pilot 2
Multi-well commercial validation
Establish commercial operating windows, reliability, and unit economics across multiple wells.
GeoGen Box™
Repeatable multi-well system targeting 25 MW
A repeatable multi-well system targeting 25 MW of firm capacity. Compact on surface and engineered underground.

Commercial product target
25MW
Every well adds power and data. Performance rises. Cost falls with repetition. 25 MW is a commercial product target, not a demonstrated field result.
Power first. Where a site also needs it, useful heat remains available at surface.

Our mission
Manufacture clean, firm, deployable power from the Earth's heat.
Reliable energy customers can count on, where and when they need it.
Built with supply chains that already exist.
Pilot 1 + commercial path
Our path is simple.
From single-well validation through technology demonstration to a repeatable multi-well commercial power product.
